Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Give us a call at (410) 827-6776 and our client service representatives will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. You can also request non-urgent appointments by emailing us at lovemypet@queenstownvet.com.
Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel your pet is having an emergency, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If it is possible, we do recommend calling before you come or while in transit. We may feel your pet’s emergency warrants a visit at the Anne Arundel Veterinary Emergency Clinic in Annapolis and we may recommend you go straight there. Other times emergencies may be triaged over the phone and our staff will be able to prepare for your visit, decreasing your wait time.
As of 7/5/21, a $50 deposit per new client per pet and $50 per pet for established clients booking a double or triple pet appointment is required. Deposit will be applied toward appointment charges. Deposit is refundable up to 24 hours prior to appointment(s).
